Datawatch Schedules Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2008 Conference Call and Earnings Release

Chelmsford, MA - October 31, 2008 - Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ-CM: DWCH), a leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), today announced that it will present the company's fourth quarter and fiscal year 2008 earnings in a conference call scheduled for Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

It is recommended that listeners register to participate and download any necessary audio software from the website 15 minutes prior to the scheduled call. An archived replay of the broadcast will be available for 30 days at the same location.
